Position Overview
The Sales Representative (HoReCa) will drive sales by promoting our products to hospitality and catering clients, achieving targets, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring proper stock management. The role involves monitoring market trends, managing client accounts, and ensuring timely payment collections, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for candidate meeting the below criteria:
• School Leaving Certificate
• At least 3years of hands-on sales experience in an FMCG company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Maltese.
• Strong sales flair and customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driving license.
• Smart and professional appearance (uniform provided).
Role & Responsibilities
• Promote our extensive portfolio and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they have adequate stock under optimal conditions.
• Monitor and maintain company shelf space and merchandising equipment.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Advise clients on sales techniques and best practices.
• Collect payments, monitor client accounts.
• Continuously analyse market trends, propose marketing activities, and provide feedback to management.
