• Experience: You’ve been rocking similar roles for 1-3 years.
• Skills:
You’re energetic, self-motivated, and love getting things done.
Organization is your superpower.
You’re a pro at Microsoft Office (Excel sheets? No problem!).
• Other: A valid driver’s license to help you zoom through your tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
What You’ll Do: Get ready for a thrilling mix of responsibilities, from planning innovative campaigns to executing engaging brand strategies. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be up to:
Planning & Execution:
• Develop marketing plans that are in sync with brand strategy and budget.
• Propose fresh advertising ideas and opportunities (we love creativity!).
• Bring marketing plans to life, focusing on boosting brand visibility and maximizing ROI.
• Work with international suppliers to keep our brand messaging on point.
Trade Marketing:
• Create awesome merchandising standards and planograms to support our team.
• Plan and prep monthly brand activations and eye-catching offers.
• Design and execute engaging Point of Sale Materials (POSM).
Social Media & Online Advertising:
• Take charge of social media for our core brands – from creative content creation to targeted advertising.
Budgeting & Reporting:
• Keep track of all activities to make sure they align with the brand's budget (because balance is key!).
• Prepare budgets for events/activities and ensure everything runs smoothly without breaking the bank.
• Report on marketing activities and dive into market analysis.
