Postion Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Category Manager to join our team in the HORECA sector.

The Category Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving our company's sales profitability targets and enhancing our market position through the formulation and implementation of effective sales plans and strategies for our assigned brands.

Who are we looking for?

• University Degree or equivalent in a business-related subject.

• 2-3 years in a similar commercial or business management role preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Maltese.

• Valid driving license.

Roles & Responsabilities

Category Management

• Work closely with suppliers to create joint sales plans for targeted growth.

• Ensure adherence to brand fundamentals within sales and marketing teams.

Sales Execution

• Secure budgets from suppliers and manage internal fund allocation.

• Equip sales teams with necessary resources for seamless execution of sales plans.

Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting

• Achieve bottom-line results through precise forecasting and budget management.

• Oversee category budget management and expenditures.

• Place orders with suppliers and forecast stock on-hand accurately.
