Postion Overview
Act as the first line of support for all internal system difficulties pertaining to company applications, that users come across. Ensure a good quality standard of data and assists with process enhancements within the ERP system.
Who are we looking for?
• Competent user of Microsoft Office applications with specific focus on Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Acumatica ERP will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge in any SQL technology is preferred with specific focus on Microsoft SQL Server.
Roles & Responsabilities
• Be the first line of support for queries related to ERP and third-party business solutions connecting to it.
• Continuously cleanse system data to ensure a standard way of inputting information.
• Continuously ensure data validity.
• Vetting of profiles in terms of inventory, customers, and vendor modules.
• Monitoring and maintenance of ERP automation.
• Monitoring the integration statuses between the ERP and the third-party solutions ensuring continuous uptime.
• Maintenance and upkeep of system configuration across all platforms.
