Academy Manager

Postion Overview

The Academy Manager is responsible for the running of the FBS Marketing Academy in conjunction with the bartending association. The incumbent is tasked with all aspects of academy management, including administration, sales, and marketing as well as preparation of academic curriculum and course material.

Who are we looking for?

• ECDL proficiency

• MFHEA Approved for Head of Academy role

• Experience in tutoring bartending subjects

• Fluent in English

• Comfortable with public speaking

• MQF Level 5 in tourism related subjects

Roles & Responsabilities

Sales duties:

• Set targets in line with the Company’s objectives.

• Create target yearly calendar of courses and activities.

• Provide feedback regarding the planning of targets.

Academic Duties:

• Develop standardized course contents where applicable.

• Administer and update the course content, study material and supplies for the bartending courses and any bartending related activity.

• Give Bartending lessons or any other activities related to bartending sessions.

Marketing duties:

• Set targets in line with the company’s objectives.

• Co-ordinate with the FBS Marketing Team for Social media content creation.

• Advertise the yearly calendar of courses according to the set yearly budget and depending on necessity.
